Regular Services Requires

Compact your database and backup your data once a week. When formatting your operating system, please contact your software administrator.

Access Database Compact

When compacting a shared Microsoft Access database located in the software folder, make sure that no one else has it open. To perform the operation, go to the Tools menu, select Database Utilities, and then click on Compact and Repair Database/Project.

SQL Database Compact

The database will automatically shrink each time the user opens the software.

Access Data Backup

To back up your database, go to the Tools menu, click on Backup Database, and in the window that appears, select the folder, set the file name, and then click to complete the backup.
